Meet the team



Eilidh Morgan BMSc. BDS MJDF (RCS Eng)

GDC No. 103099

Eilidh joined the Inspire team as a partner in the practice in February 2016. She has been qualified for 16 years and has worked in Inverness and Edinburgh developing her skills and completing a breadth of additional training in cosmetic, restorative dentistry and implant dentistry. She also has a keen interest in digital dentistry and has recently invested in a digital scanner which is bringing a new dimension to treatment planning and patient communication for the practice. Eilidh was appointed to the Highland Dental Plan board of directors in 2014 and is currently the Company Secretary. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys cycling, walking her Sprocker Spaniel in the hills and watching live music.

Jane Patterson  BDS MFDS RCPS (Glasg)

Jane joined the team at Inspire in 2021 after 9 years at a busy practice in Inverness. She prides herself in providing the highest standards of care whilst getting to know each of her patients individually. Jane enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has received her MFDS RCPS (Glas) qualification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow. She is currently completing her PG certificate in Restorative Dentistry with the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry. Jane is also trained to provide the clear orthodontic system: Invisalign. In 2019, Jane was the proud winner of the Scottish Dental Awards Young Dentist of the Year and has been short-listed for numerous other awards.

Outside of the surgery, Jane can be found walking her cocker spaniel, Skye, and taking part in triathlons. Jane is a Crew Member and Trainee Helm for the RNLI Kessock Lifeboat.

Since graduating from the University of Highlands and Islands in 2011 and followed by a year in Southampton, Gemma has worked in a dental practice in Thurso, Aberdeen and Oban. Gemma adds an extra dimension to the practice. She is especially skilled in treating children due to her friendly and reassuring approach. At Inspire, Gemma offers a wide range of treatments which include fillings, scale and polishes, x-rays, and tooth whitening. On childrens’ teeth she can perform extractions, pulp therapy, fissure sealants, stainless steel crowns, fluoride application.

In her spare time, Gemma enjoys being mum to Corran, supporting Ross County, keeping fit, travelling, enjoying the outdoors, and playing the bagpipes.

Louise has worked in the frontline of dental services for the past 16 years – 14 as a qualified nurse. Much of this time was spent helping and advising newly qualified dentists. She brings a vast array of nursing and administrative talent to Inspire Dental. Louise is a devoted mother to her young family and enjoys maintaining a busy social life.

Fiona Eaves


Fiona has been a dental nurse for 30 years working in the local area. She has been with Inspire since 2016 and has been a huge asset to the practice with her breadth of knowledge. She is invaluable to the practice in training our less experienced team members. Outside of Inspire, Fiona is mum to two girls and keeps busy with her family’s business.


Lucy has been with the practice since 2019 when she started her qualification in Dental Nursing. When she’s not at work or college she enjoys mountain biking, going to the gym and walking.

Katie Brailsford


Katie joined the team in November 2020. She is originally from Stoke-on-Trent but has moved to the area with her partner Richie and their chocolate working cocker Isla. Katie has a BA(Hons) Degree in Surface Pattern Design and loves doing crafts in her spare time. She also enjoys hillwalking, mountain biking, running and cooking. She is currently working towards her goal of becoming a qualified dental nurse.


Nikki joined the team in October 2020 and has already become an integral part of the team. She brings a wealth of experience to Inspire from a hospitality background. Outside of work Nikki is a mum of two girls and is very family orientated. She loves the outdoor life in particular hiking, shooting and dog walking as well as, on occasion, motocross. She hopes to train as a dental nurse in the future.
